The DEC-K-ING system consists of a PVC sheet membrane that is glued to a surface creating a 100% waterproof finish you can walk on. The membrane includes a slip-resistant embossing for greater traction in wet conditions. It is widely used on sundecks, balconies, walkways, restaurant patios and flat roofs to use as rooftop patios. DEC-K-ING membranes are engineered to handle an extreme range of weather. Our customers in Alaska and Northern Quebec have experienced firsthand how our vinyl holds up to the extreme cold. Our vinyl will not crack or break down due to extreme cold temperatures. In areas with great temperature fluctuations our vinyl will quickly expand or contract with the substrate, never breaking its bond to the surface or buckling.
Ultraviolet rays can be extremely destructive to exterior products. Unlike many traditional decking products, our DEC-K-ING vinyl sundeck membranes are manufactured to withstand the harmful effects of the sun. In fact, DEC-K-ING is approved under Branz appraisal for use in New Zealand & Australia, two countries that have much higher U.V. than North America.
Easy Installation
Deck installation is easy. Handy homeowners often purchase our DEC-K-ING system and install it on their sundeck, balcony or vacation cabin patio themselves. It all depends on your comfort level.
